Role of Randomness in the existing Exam System!

The existing system of exams may not be optimal ..rather based, role of inherent Randomness..Exam should be conducted few number of time to remove biasness ! 

Emphasizing once again the role of randomness inherent there !

If any exam for that matter is conducted say n number of times, will there be the same set of selected candidates everytime and how varied would their ranks be ?

Even genuine students could get significantly varied results difference if the same/similar exam is conducted say 5 times !
